I opened my agency in 2002 and currently lead a team of nine. I've been with State Farm since 2000, building a strong foundation in the industry before opening my own agency. I'm a graduate of California University, married with one daughter, and enjoy competitive bass fishing, hiking, hunting, working out, and spending time outdoors.
Giving back is an important part of who I am. Our agency proudly supports veterans, individuals experiencing homelessness, and people with disabilities. As the son of a Vietnam veteran, supporting those who have served our country is especially meaningful to me.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Chad Gregorini - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
